revise the law regarding local sign-offs for NFA weaponry!
Law-abiding
citizens in South Carolina who legally purchase NFA (Class III)
weapons are being stopped by their local law enforcement officials
during the sign-off process. We are being denied access to legal
weaponry because of the prejudices of local authorities who refuse
to sign-off on our federal forms.
If you live in a state that allows citizens to own Class III weapons
and are having the same problem, please use S1658 as a template
to revise the law in your state!
